Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Glanbia Foods Ireland Limited t/a Glanbia Consumer Foods (“Glanbia”) having its principal place of business at 3008 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24 (the “Promoter”).
  2. The Avonmore Protein Milk Partnership with Phil Graham competition (the “Promotion”) is open to all residents on the island of Ireland (the “Participants”). Participants must be aged 18 years or over to enter.
  3. The Promoter and its associated companies reserve the right at any time to verify the eligibility of Participants.
  4. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules and the Promotion at any time without notice.
  6. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is free.
  8. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
  9. To enter the Promotion, entrants must send a direct mail to Avonmore Protein Milk on Facebook (www.facebook.com/AvonmoreProteinMilk) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/avonprotein) and in less than 50 words state why they deserve this prize and include their name and address.
  10. There are two (2) prizes in total to be won. One for each individual winner. Each prize is a Phil Graham “fitness business growth kit”.
  11. The Promotion will begin on Monday 15th of February 2021 at 12 pm (Midday) and will close on Friday 26th of February 2021 at 12 am (midnight) (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
  12. The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotional Period.
  13. Prizes will only be allocated to the winners.
  14. Prize winners are subject to a full verification process.
    Following the end of the Promotional Period, the winning entrants will be selected from valid entries received during the Promotional Period. In the event of a dispute, the judge’s decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into with any Participant.
  15. Once informed that they have won and the necessary confirmations/information has been received by the Promoter, prizes will be dispatched within 14 working days of the winner being announced. Winners must allow for a maximum period of 31 days for their prize to be delivered.
  16. Winners will be contacted privately via direct mail through which ever entry method they entered the Promotion i.e. direct mail on either Facebook or Instagram. In the event that a winner is uncontactable or does not respond to our communications within 28 days to claim their prize, it will be deemed to have been forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from valid entries at the Promoter’s discretion.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries which it believes to be fraudulent, based on misconduct or to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  18. Any material created as part of the Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter. Participants agree for the Promoter to edit, publicise and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
  19. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of any prize awarded by the Promoter and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  20. The allocation of prizes will be to individuals only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
  21. Proof of entering is not accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter is not liable for non- or late receipt of any entry, due to operator or network error or for any associated cost to Participants.
  22. Any personal data that you provide shall be used by the Promoter solely in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers in connection with such purposes.   23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the specifications of the prizes should those specified above be unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Any alternative prizes will be of equal value.
  24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion; they do so at their own risk. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility or liability for:
    a) entry to the Promotion made without the owner or bill payer’s permission.
    b) any loss of the prize, once received by the winners.
    c) any loss or damage to the Participant upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
    d) technical failures when entering the Promotion.
  25. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Participant of any such failure.
  26. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
  27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
  28. By entering this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Participant’s name and/or image, a statement made by the Participant concerning the Promotion and/or prizes, and photographs or moving images of the Participant taken as part of the promotion.
  29. Entrants agree and acknowledge that the terms and conditions which apply to Facebook and to Instagram form a separate contract to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible and expressly excludes its liability for any loss or damage suffered by any Participant arising from the use of Facebook, or Instagram in connection with the Promotion.
  30. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter alone.
  31. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties outside its control with no liability to Participants or third parties.
  32. Specific prize dates cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
  33. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
